1. Accounts

You must be 18+. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Abuse of snow value rewards, coupons, or the feedback system may result in suspension.

2. Orders & payments

Orders are pending for 30 minutes. Payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

3. Snow value & VIP

Snow values are non-transferable rewards. VIP tiers and monthly gifts (V4/V5) are at our discretion and may change.

4. Prohibited conduct

No fraudulent purchases, chargeback abuse, or automated abuse of rate-limited endpoints.

5. Liability

Goods are sold as described. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods.
